Terms of Service

By using CFXR you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CFXR is a free tool that resolves publicly available information about FiveM/CFX game servers from a join code, and offers an optional account with a watchlist, API keys and uptime notifications. There is nothing to buy: CFXR has no paid plan, takes no payment, and does not process payment data.

We may add, change or remove features, and we may discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice to account holders where we hold an email address.

CFXR reports what third-party sources say. Server data comes from the public Cfx.re API; hosting, ASN and country data come from third-party geolocation providers. All of it can be wrong, stale, incomplete or deliberately falsified by the server operator.

CFXR is provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose. Do not use it as the sole basis for a decision that matters — particularly not for identifying, attributing or acting against a person or an organisation.

You must not:

• Use CFXR to attack, overload, scan or otherwise interfere with any game server, its hosting provider, or CFXR itself.
• Exceed the published rate limits, or work around them — including by rotating IP addresses, forging headers or creating multiple accounts.
• Use CFXR to harass, dox, stalk or threaten anyone, or to build a profile of an individual.
• Resell CFXR's output as your own service, or scrape it in bulk outside the documented API and its limits.
• Point a notification webhook at a system you do not control or are not authorised to send to.
• Attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours, other than through the disclosure process below.
• Use CFXR in a way that breaks Czech or EU law, or the terms of Cfx.re or any other upstream service.

We may rate-limit, block or suspend access — automatically or manually — to protect the service or other users. Automatic blocks are described in the Privacy Policy and lift themselves after 7 days. If you think a block was a mistake, email us and we will look at it.

Accounts are optional and free. Sign-in is handled by Titan Auth at auth.titansoftware.eu; your credentials are held there under that service's terms, not here. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret — an API key is a bearer credential and anyone holding it can use your quota.

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; deletion is immediate and permanent.

The HTTP API is documented at /api and is subject to the rate limits published there. Limits, response shapes and endpoints may change; we will avoid breaking changes where we reasonably can, but the API carries no stability guarantee and no service level agreement.

If you operate a FiveM server and want its information removed from CFXR, email [email protected] with the join code. We handle these requests on their merits; where the information is personal data you also have the rights set out in the Privacy Policy.

CFXR's software, design and written content belong to Titan Software z.s.. The server data CFXR reports is not ours; it belongs to the server operators and to Cfx.re. CFXR is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cfx.re, FiveM or Rockstar Games.

CFXR is provided free of charge. To the fullest extent Czech law permits, Titan Software z.s. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or any loss arising from inaccurate or unavailable data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to health or life, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Report vulnerabilities privately at https://security.titansoftware.eu/responsible-disclosure. Good-faith research within the scope published there is welcome and we will not pursue you for it. Do not access other people's data, degrade the service, or test third-party game servers.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by updating the date above and, for account holders where we hold an email address, by email. Continuing to use CFXR after a change means you accept it; if you do not, stop using the service and delete your account.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of section 4. You may stop using CFXR at any time.

These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes fall to the Czech courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may use the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
